Hill/Obstacle Run - Monday @ 6:30 AM
Monday mornings at Pease Park - a quiet and lovely place at 6:29am. Once the clock hits 6:31am, it is quite the opposite. Workouts will incorporate Hill Sprints, Hurdles, and core exercises. All levels welcome.
!Sieze the Garage! - Wednesday @ 6:30 AM
We are a workout ARMY. We conquer, we have fun - but sometimes too much fun - which is why we chose HUMP DAY (Wednesday) for our signature "Seize the Garage". Every Monday we will announce a different tall Parking Garage in Downtown that we will be temporarily taking over to run stair climbs. Location will also be announced on our blog, facebook, and twitter.
Capitol Circuits - Friday @ 6:30 AM
On the front lawn of our glorious State Capitol Building (11th St Side), we will do our circuit training workout. You will be in charge of getting yourself to the workout by running or jogging. But at 6:30am, the workout will be done as a group - all led by a robot. We will be using the FitDeck card system to run through various circuits of body weight exercises. Simple. Effective. Fun. FREE.
